Who we are?
OSELYA" Charity Fund – officially established on July 10, 2023, by V. O. Sanhuliia and O. Y. Kutsalo – is committed to supporting and strengthening the Defense Forces of Ukraine, as well as providing assistance to the civilian population affected by Russian aggression
The fund operates with the aim of providing financial, material, and moral support to
servicemen and volunteers who are defending the independence and territorial integrity of
Ukraine. Additionally, the fund actively contributes to the recovery and support of the civilian
population affected by military conflicts, offering necessary assistance and resources to
improve their condition
Our primary objective is to assist those affected by Russian aggression, internally displaced persons, or evacuated social groups, ensuring their provision with comfortable housing in safer regions of Ukraine
Our commitment extends beyond immediate relief efforts, aiming to secure a stable and
secure living environment for those who have been forced to leave their homes due to the
ongoing conflict. We strive to offer not just a temporary shelter but a place where they can
start anew, rebuild their lives, and restore their sense of normalcy and safety
